SOCIALLY PRODUCTIVE ENTERPRISES OF THE COLLECTIVE
These are new projects and ideas of the Hormigon Armados that have emerged from the collaboration of the with the Swedish organization LatiCe, especially in the last three years. Laja Pizza has already made a short trip to El Alto in 2019. These ventures, within the framework of these projects together with LatiCe, belong to the collective association Hormigón Armado in the spirit of sustainability.
The Lustre Gourmet
Under this brand we offer jams and marmalades made by the collective, as well as alfajores, chocolates and pastries "Sabores con amor" (Tastes with love). Also we offer lunches that can be served at the Centro Cultural del Hormigón Armado or to order to pick up.
Laja Pizza
The pizza of the Altiplano and Hormigon Armados - pizza service based on an original idea that uses flat bread and Andean ingredients such as charque, mote or lajua. The pizzeria currently operates as a catering service for events, fairs and orders and is offered together with the "El Lustra Gourmet" lunches.
