SALE OF LUNCHES AND DISHES IN THE HORMIGÓN ARMADO: THE GOURMET LUSTRA
Lustra Gourmet
This activity, increasingly constant of Hormigón, the sale of lunches from Monday to Friday, grows with the name: El Lustra Gourmet. This activity continues to move and directly benefits between 8 and 10 women of the Collective who carry out this activity, generating personal income in addition to seed capital for the enterprise itself. To this activity, volunteers are also added who some days, propose different lunches also to publicize this initiative and the CULTURAL CENTER OF HORMIGÓN ARMADO, where all this activity takes place.
With the acquisition of the new AMDICHA Headquarters since September 2024, a second branch is obtained for this activity in a neighborhood with greater movement, expanding the prospects of access to economic rights for the participants.
TOURIST LUNCHes
In addition to the daily lunches, there is a new initiative, Hormigón Armado, in collaboration with Magri Tours and Chameleon – the tourist lunches – which are held at the Centro Cultural del Hormigón Armado by the members of the collective, who also manage El Lusta Gourmet. These lunches will be conducted for the time being with a group of chameleon tours, who also do the Hormigón tours. After the tours, they come to enjoy a gourmet lunch prepared under the guidance of Villaserena's creative cuisine, an old supporter of Hormigón. During this period, there were 6 lunches of this kind, of which 12 participants benefited directly.
Catering
Another novelty that emerges from these gastronomic ventures of Hormigón Armado - and that are also replicated with AMDICHA at its headquarters - is a new catering service that began to be offered in the first half of the year, already achieving the service in two catering services: a small wedding and a one-week workshop with daily refreshments. These catering services are also attended by the same women, mothers, and more participants who attend El Lustra Gourmet in two branches and the aforementioned tourist lunches.
